1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Pajje by Tulupedia (the "Service"), a platform maintained by Tulupedia, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

Pajje by Tulupedia is an interactive educational tool designed to facilitate the learning, tracing, and memorization of the Tulu script. We provide features such as digital tracing pads, flashcards, and progress tracking. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Service at our sole discretion.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To save your progress permanently, you must authenticate using a Tulupedia account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to use the Service only for lawful educational purposes and must not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security measures, or automatically scrape data from the application.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tulupedia and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. The Tulu script character vectors and fonts (e.g., XmlAlieg) used within the application remain the property of their respective creators and are used here for educational purposes.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Tulupedia expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the handwriting recognition algorithms will be 100% accurate.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tulupedia, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
